utilizing high-definition technology and exceptional talent known and unknown talent.
The heart of T E K can be found behind its name, which is the initials of Kevin and Sharon
and their four children. The Krafts hope to recapture the spirit and excitement of movie of the past, which still remain favorites even today, to once again make going to the cinema a family occasion to look forward to by providing titles and subject matters with a broad to do our best to do so.
T E K also seeks to change the way demographic without sacrificing innocence nor intelligence of the story. And while we realize it is not always possible to achieve such a balance, we will make it a priority movies are made, first by utilizing cost effective high-definition video technology, rather than film. Such notable directors as George Lucas and Robert Rodriguez have already proven the value and overall preference of HD over film, and director, Kevin M. Kraft will continue what they have started.
While most of T E K’s movie projects will undoubtedly be original stories written by director, Kraft, it is also our desire to discover and develop talent outside our production company especially from young writers. We believe undiscovered talent is constantly being overlooked by the film industry and hope to bring some deserving new faces to light. We welcome submissions by other writers and actors and other motion picture talents. And while we cannot assure you will be chosen for one of our projects, we can promise to serious consider every submission we receive in as timely a manner as possible.
T E K Productions’ slogan “A light in the darkness!” speaks both about what we are (as a motion picture productions company) and what it’s owners believe as Christians. As such, T E K Productions will never compromise our belief by accepting and/or producing any material which violates our faith. It is likewise not our intention to work exclusively with Christians or to produce “Christian” films, but rather to create great movies that will, of course, carry, even if in a small way, the biblical and personal sentiments of the owners.
See you at the movies!
